ClubCritterz is operated by Riverwalk 3D in Naperville, Illinois. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need, we don't sell your information, and you can opt out at any time. Questions? Email help@clubcritterz.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address, when you join our club (via MailerLite).
• Contact form: your name, email, and message, when you write to us (delivered by Web3Forms).
• Site analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate visit data — no cookies and no personal tracking (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and requests.
• To send you updates, new-critter drops, and offers — only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis (where GDPR applies)

For visitors in regions covered by the GDPR: we rely on your consent for marketing emails (which you can withdraw anytime), and our legitimate interest in replying to your messages and understanding aggregate site usage.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a few trusted providers to run the site:

• MailerLite — email list & newsletter delivery.
• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosting & privacy-friendly analytics.
• Etsy — all purchases happen on Etsy under Etsy's own policy. We don't process or store payment information on this site.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Contact messages: up to about 24 months to handle your request and keep reasonable records, then deleted.
• Analytics: aggregate only and not tied to you personally.

Where your data is processed

Some providers process data outside your home country (for example, MailerLite in the EU and Cloudflare globally). They use recognized safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. The newsletter signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, which may set cookies governed by Google's privacy policy, and the form provider may set functional cookies. These support security and basic functionality only.

Do Not Track & opt-out signals

We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for these signals to opt out of — but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (like Global Privacy Control) where they apply.

No automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making, profiling, or AI to make decisions about you.

Security

We serve the site over HTTPS, use reputable providers, and limit who can access your information. We never see or store payment details — those stay on Etsy.

Children

Our products are loved by kids, but this site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
